Lithium batteries are widely used, from civil digital and communication products to industrial equipment to military power supplies. Different products require different voltages and capacities. Therefore, lithium-ion batteries are used in series and parallel. The application battery composed of protective circuit, shell and output is called battery pack. 1. Composition of lithium battery pack:
The battery pack consists of battery pack, protective board, outer package or shell, output (including connector), key switch, power indicator, auxiliary materials such as EVA, bark paper, plastic bracket, etc. The external characteristics of the wrapper are determined by the application. 2. Characteristics of lithium battery pack

▪ The protection board of lithium battery pack needs charge equalization function.
▪ High voltage and high current battery packs (such as electric vehicle batteries and energy storage systems) require communication buses such as battery management system (BMS), can, RS485, etc.
▪ The battery pack has higher requirements for chargers. Some requirements were communicated with BMS. Its purpose is to make each battery work normally, make full use of the energy stored in the battery, and ensure safe and reliable use.
3. Design of lithium battery pack
▪ Fully understand the application requirements, such as application environment (temperature, humidity, vibration, salt spray, etc.), service time, charge and discharge mode, electrical parameters, output mode, life requirements, etc.
▪ Select qualified batteries and protective plates according to the use requirements.
▪ Conform to size and weight requirements.
▪ The package is reliable and meets the requirements.
▪ The production process is simple.
▪ Program optimization.
▪ Reduce costs.
▪ Detection is easy to implement.
4. Precautions for using lithium battery!!!!
▪ Do not use or ignite near the heat source!!!!
▪ Do not connect positive and negative output metals directly together.
▪ Do not exceed the battery temperature range.
▪ Do not squeeze the battery hard.
▪ Use a dedicated charger or the correct method to charge.
▪ Please charge the battery every three months when it is idle. And place it according to the storage temperature.
